Dr. Christina Tolbert is a board-certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Tolbert received her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed her internship, residency, and child and adolescent fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina. She has a wide range of interests including youth and perinatal psychiatry and has spent some time as an Attending Psychiatrist working as a collaborative care consultant and a consult- liaison psychiatrist for the MUSC Center for Telehealth. Within child and adolescent psychiatry, she currently provides medication management in the treatment of ADHD, mood, anxiety and trauma-related disorders through the MUSC School- Based Telehealth Clinic and the MUSC Children's Day Treatment Program (STAR) in North Charleston, SC.
